Through a stressful period do you notice your stool becomes increasingly smaller?Has anyone been told by a professional what this is due to?

Does anyone feel their stool appearance/size varies all the time?

Like every time you go to the bathroom your bowel movement will be a surprise

That’s very normal. It depends on your nutrition and your mood

Thank you.

It's just different for me personally lately. I believe it's when I'm going through anxiety that it changes my stool
