I am 25 and have had this weird feeling next to my stomach under my ribs on the right side for 2-3 years now. Last time I went to doctor was 3 years ago and this was still there, but blood report was normal so it did not really get addressed. Feels like numbness sometimes like a little burning sensation. Doesn't ever really hurt.
Anyone know what could this be? Hemorrhoids?
Also I have started lifting in the past 3 weeks, I have been noticing my poop for the past few weeks, its mixed at times. Sometimes dark brown, sometimes looks normal, very rarely diarrhea, once I saw minor red streaks and whenever I start a high protein diet, constipation.
Can lifting weights cause hemorrhoids to be more inflamed? Or does it sound like a little bit more serious?

Sounds to me like it could be a internal hernia (with you lifting) and possibly internal hemorrhoid. The burning is a classic hernia symptom. Blood streaks are common with rrhoids. See a gastro doc to make sure. Your young, should be fine. Best wishes.
Hi , I get that pain fairly often under my ribs that feels like a pressure and numbness feeling . Mine is due to Ulcerative Colitis and where the worse area of inflammation and bloating is . I can’t imagine hemmoroids would cause pain under your ribs as generally the pain is localised to just your rectum so it potentially could be a hernia or inflammation but if you’ve had it for 2-3 years that’s quite some time to be feeling uncomfortable with that numbness. Just to be safe I would raise your concern with your GP or doctor and see if he will give you a physical exam , blood test and a FIT test for blood work and Calprocten for inflammation ! Hope this helps , it’s probably nothing serious but always better to get some tests done to rule anything out
