Last couple years I've had blood come out of my recrum normally when I poop. I have hemorrhoids on the outside I am for sure of but I know they are not the cause. I've told my doctor and they sent in a referral for a surgeon to do a colonoscopy. However today I had what looked like a blood clot when I wiped and I'm just concerned. Has anyone else had this issue before? Is this normal if it was something like an internal hemroid? Other symptoms below I've had:
*I poop multiple times a day, sometimes 6 or 7 and it's always in little pieces.
*when i get the urge to poop i CANNOT hold it.
* Theres always blood when i wipe. Sometimes so much that I'm like "how is this normal "?.
*I have lower back pain all the time and nausea at least once a day. Mostly after eating.
Please any advice would help.

Hello - I have something very similar although my clots seem a little darker and have been happening for a few months. Dr tried to inspect but I was too tense to allow the glass instrument to go in (how embarrassing) however I am having blood tests next week ... Were your results all ok? I've tried to ignore it but now that I've mentioned it to family they seem really worried and are urging me to seek urgent care ... Thank you! Xx
I've had a flexible sigmoidoscopy and a colonoscopy and that's where they were diagnosed. Waiting for HALO op but my bleeding has recently got MUCH worse and has now been continuous for over 33 days without a break.
Hello, Dec 2018 I noticed I had to push hard to pass stool a month later I bled. On and off since then I’ve had painless rectal bleeding. I’ve had a colonoscopy in feb 2020 it was all clear. Said no polyps nor signs of inflammation. Dr told me to take more fiber and stool softener of which I did. But the fiber just made me feel full and felt like it made things worse. Later that year I went back because I was still bleeding and was given a pelvic CT scan and blood work. Everything normal. Now Sep 2021 still bleeding. I went to the ER the other day because I bled bad( I can post picture but it’s gross) ER said it’s hemorrhoids. Told me I was too young and recommended I lose a few lbs. This all has me feeling like I’ve done my part, seeked help and being told it’s hemorrhoids. So if I die I die. I can also feel my asshole inflamed when I go and push too hard. So I know I do have hemorrhoids but it’s just so much blood. Maybe im just worrying too much. Drs also don’t recommend surgery as it can cause issues later down the road. Thank you for listening.
you and my mom have the same symptoms she has external hemorrhoids (grade 3) and she's having blood clots just like you have and her doctor did put her finger inside my mom's butt hole to check and she found something inside but she didn't come up with the conclusion that it was an internal hemorroids she recommended to have a colonoscopy to see where the bleeding comes, she sometimes felt the urge to go poop but the blood like a jelly only comes off, I'm scared bc it all started dec. 2018 and she's now going to have a Colonoscopy hopefully this month.
i hope it's just an internal hemorroid ㅠ.ㅠ I've been suffering from anxiety due to her condition and i always woke up with her eyes swollen from crying :(((
