I think you'd need to make that distinction compared to what's normal for you. Have your eating habits changed? I would say no, but I have no idea what's normal for you. Thin for me is ribbon like. But if what you are seeing is completely different from what's normal for you and it's been pretty consistent, then you have your answer.

I never really payed much attention to my stool until I started notice slight pains. So I guess I couldn’t really tell you what my “normal” would be

mainly lower left. But occasionally all over. Kinda feels like a muscle cramp.

Any time there’s pain and it’s not diagnosed and managed easily, get it checked out. No harm in doing that and playing it safe. I’d make a list of all symptoms and what you’re doing when they occur. That way you make sure you cover everything & your doc has all the information to go on.👍

I noticed white round looking balls or wormy shapes and I always heard those can be a tapeworm . (?)
