Lots of abdominal hurting, cramping lately..

What would these strings be?

Also feeling very weak and I almost feel nausea.

No idea what the strings could be. The fact that you're experiencing abdominal pain and fatigue should warrant investigation. I would definitely check with your doctor to see what's going on with that. I can see that you are not one that ignores things👍👏. That is great. But definitely reach out and get the answers.
