Pregnant and blood in stool. Advice needed.

Wondering if anyone can put my mind at ease. I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant and for the last month nearly everyday I’ve had blood in my stools bright red blood. And bloody slimy mucus. I suffer from health anxiety due to my dad passing away only a few months ago. I’ve been to my GP who has done a rectal exam and no hemmroids or fissures. I’ve done a fit test and blood test and waiting on results. I can’t enjoy my pregnancy as I’m so scared I have cancer and won’t see my baby grow up. My Gp said it’s highly unlikely I have cancer. But someone has to be in the small percent. That do get it at my age I’m 35. No pain, full appetite but blood in stool. Also stool is soft every bowl movement. So no straining at all. I just feel so sick with worry. I wish the doctor had found a hemmroid or fissure now I have to wait for nearly 2 weeks for results. I would greatly appreciate if anyone has been through this especially when pregnant or even just to offer any type of advice. I just want to be a normal pregnant lady looking forward to this amazing experience and it’s totally ruined with this rectal bleeding. I’m just so scared and panicking all the time. I feel awful as I haven’t had a diagnosis of cancer like so many people on this forum i just feel so lost with no one who understands how worried I actually am.
