Hey BP3490 ... I'd keep an eye on that. If tomatoes and red colors are a regular part of your diet and this is just happening, I would get it checked out by a medical professional to be sure. If this is the case, that is a "sign" and you should it checked out.
It is pretty hard to tell from a photo what's going on unless the blood is very obvious, which doesn't seem to be the case here. However, we recommend that you speak to a medical professional to find out for sure if there is blood in the stool and any issues.
If you've just introduced red items into your diet recently, you could eliminate tomatoes and anything red from your diet and see if it goes away. I had a similar issue and I think it was from hydration drinks that I began to add red beet powder..😁
