I recently turned 20 on 4 dec

4 days ago I was having constipation and later from next day I notice very little bright red blood on stool

Next day I strained a little find blood and mucous on stool

Then I took a fiber diet and drink alot of water now I can only see very little blood.

I feel hard to poop and the poop is in less quantity but its color is yellow

There is no abdominal pain but only very little poop and very little blood

Hi Travacore,Any bleeding can be scary and should be checked out by a doctor. Please don’t wait (see some of the other stories here.) Don’t worry too much - could likely be haemorrhoids caused by constipation/straining. But do see a doctor to be sure.
