Is this a symptom of Cancer or Chronic Constipation?

I could not poop for 12 days straight. Doctor gave me laxative and then only I could poop something out. Then I had colonscopy and doctor said its just chronic constipation and I need to change my diet and lifestyle but its been 2 years and I have to use laxative every week because my poop doesn't come out naturally and completely. So just to feel some relief I use Laxative. Also I always feel Bloated and discomfort just above the navel area. It feels like something is stuck above my navel all the time, even after pooping. I am constantly worried if it is the constipation or other serious issue. also when I poop its not hard or like pebbles. Its just normal. The problem is my bowel doesn't move at all. I don't feel any digestive activity happening inside my bowel.

I think what you have is called IBS-C constipation based irritable bowel syndrome

Drink 4 bottles of water daily. Eat fruits and veges. Stay away from carbs and red meat. Take metamucil and Restoralax.
