Range of Abdominal Symptoms

I have been having some abdominal symptoms including palpitations not heart it seems that move down to upper abdomen, tightness of diaphragm, and various pains in parts of upper and lower abdomen ucluding right side near where my gall bladder was before gangrenous and removed in a major surgery 4 years ago. Seems to come in during evening after evening meal and occasionally get diarrhoea and feel a bit nauseous but no vomiting and it all settles again after a couple of hours. Had a recent bowel screening test that happens every 2 years after age 60 and came back clear. Any thoughts anyone?
