White in stool

Has anyone experienced healthy looking stool but through out the stool there’s almost something that looks like “white chunks” and it looks like it’s evenly spread throughout the stool. Is this something to be worried about??? Please help I’m freaking out

Are you still experiencing the white chunks in your stool?

Anytime you experience something that feels "off" with your body, or unusual bowel movements, it is a good idea to reach out to a doctor.

People have posted about seeing various textures or colors in their feces and it sometimes turns out to be undigested food.

I don't want to minimize the level of anxiety that seeing something unusual in the toilet can cause - and it would be appropriate to contact a doctor. With covid, they may want to start with a video visit as opposed to in person, but it is a good idea to speak with a medical professional if you are concerned about your bowel movements.
