Dear Done786 ,Thanks for posting in our community and I'm sorry to hear of what you are experiencing, I am sure this is causing a lot of anxiety and worry.

This site doe not offer medical advice, but we are here to share our experience and offer our advice, but it should not replace speaking to your doctor. It is pretty hard to tell from a photo what's going on.

However, we recommend that you speak to a medical professional and let them know about the dark urine, weight loss, and how your stool has changed from how it used to be.

There are so many conditions and diseases, many treatable with diet change or medication - so please do not jump ahead with assuming the worst (I know this is a lot easier for me to say this than to actually do it.)

Please contact your medical provider immediately - especially since due to COVID, appointments may be delayed or it may start with a telephone call or a video call.

Before you speak to your doctor, be sure to have written down a list of all medications that you are currently taking, including over-the-counter medications and supplements. Often, patients with GI issues will also keep a food journal to track food and beverage intake, bowel movements, any pain or bleeding, etc. This could be useful information for your doctor. Additionally, it could show you a pattern (for instance, possibly being lactose intolerant, if you experience diarrhea after eating dairy).

Please reach out to your doctor and keep us updated.

Just a reminder - this group is here to offer support, share experiences, and offer our thoughts - but this is not medical advice, and you should always consult your medical professional(s). Additionally, for all emergencies, seek urgent medical care, never delay.

Done786 ,

We are not able to diagnose or offer medical advice. You have mentioned that you have dark urine and have lost weight - those are two reasons that are very important to go to the doctor to figure out if there is something going on.

Please contact a medical professional and get checked out!

I am glad to hear you went to the specialist. Please keep track of your weight and if you experience symptoms, go back to your specialist, or seek a second opinion.

Sincerely,

Nicole @ GCCA
