I have been having this kind lf poop for months and accompained with stomach ache and weakness. I’m scared

To be honest...it looks like bad constipation. Being that backed up can cause those symptoms. A good Healthy poop should usually look long and smooth. Try lots of fiber and water.

Dear Wuraola ,Thank you for posting and I'm sorry to hear about the symptoms you are experiencing.

Have you seen a doctor? It will be important for you to seek medical attention and be examined.

If you have never seen a gastroenterologist, you may need to start with seeing your primary care doctor. Keeping track of your symptoms, including any food triggers, or over the counter remedies that seem to help provide relief (or make things worse) will be helpful for your doctor to better understand what is going on with you. Be sure to also let your doctor know about any prescription medications you are taking, as well as over the counter medications and supplements.

You didn't mention your age - just wanted to plug that colorectal cancer screening should begin at age 45, except if you are experiencing symptoms or have a first degree relative that had colorectal cancer.

So while we hope this is a case of constipation that can be treated with diet and medication, depending on your age, it may be time to get colorectal cancer screening checked off of your to-do list.
