My TLC count a month back was 13000 Nd lab limit is 11000 y CT SCan shows no abnormalities

Leucocytes is 43%

I have regular poops in the morning but need to go twice. I have occasional acidity like once in two weeks . Not constipated but usually feel like going twice . I have dark brown poop but are small and flat usually or can be lighter but not long sausage type. I have lost 15kgs in 5 months . Showed it to docs but they say it's anxiety . I feel like I have to poop still after 1-2 rounds

Hello Adviceme ,

Thank you for posting and I'm sorry to hear what you are going through.

Have you made efforts to lose weight? Are you eating your typical diet? Losing that much weight (if done unintentionally) certainly is cause for further discussion with a doctor.

Is your concern that you have colorectal (bowel) cancer?

What is your age, and are you experiencing any other symptoms?

Thanks for posting.

I am 40 years old not any other symptoms but showed it to a gastro doc and my CT Scan on 21st Sept shows all good .

It just that I am worried about my poop which is sometimes dark like brownishand sometimes it's normal yellow brown but 2-3 inches

I used to have lots of hot water and also almost the gap between dinner and my next meal was 12 hrs average

Left lower abdomen doesn't pain but if I examine and press it for 2-3 inches it has a slight sensation of something still needs to come.

I feel hungry . Weight loss is major but I consulted an oncologist he also said slight elevation is okay and if CT scan doesn't show anything then need not worry .

Don't know . in God I trust.

Hi Adviceme ,

Thanks for your reply. It may be worth it to push with your current gastro on getting a colonoscopy. Or, seeking a second opinion. Or perhaps seeing a general practitioner regarding the weight loss. I would be curious to ask why they did a CT scan and not a colonoscopy? I am not a doctor, I am curious why they did the CT scan and not a colonoscopy.

Our best advice is that if you feel something is off in your body, that you continue to be your own health advocate and seek out specialists or second opinions.

Please keep us posted.

Hi Nicole

Thanks a lot . I am in India and have had this since July . I got my blood tests done and also consulted 2-3 GI but they said the persistent pin isn't something to worry about. I don't have black stool but occasional dark brown whuch are flat and come out normal but I need tow go twice in the morning . The size is about 1.5 inch diameter and 2-3 inches long.

I just experienced mucus once when I was anxious and forced poop.

Can't attach a pic here for some reason

Praise the Lord.Jesus has saved me.

I got my colonoscopy and endoscopy done and the doctors says its Hiatal Hernia and have prescribed Pandacid DSR twice a day and Normaxin 3 times after meal for a month to be taken for IBS.

Reports says no Polyps , masses or inflammation seen. It was a decision that required loads of prayers but I am at ease.

Not sure why Hatia Hernia as I feel.no symptoms just minor burps and sensation. Strange the pain is faint but the poop is still scattered and flat kinds
