Worried i might have colon cancer??(Male 25)

For the past almost 6 months, i have been having the following symptoms i have>

Gas, lots of it, mostly during afternoon and late hours of the day, and also when i wake up, when i say lots of it i really mean it, LOTS and it smells really bad like rotten eggs.

My stool is soft in consistency but not diarrheic, i dont see blood in it but i have seen mucus on all my depositions..

I do sometimes get a little constipated and my poop comes in little dry pellets.. but usually they are soft but still retain shape.

I do feel some pain on the right lower part but its not a pain that one wouldnt be able to take, its really subtle..

When i press on my intestines i can hear loud gurgling noises and if i keep pressing down and taking my fingers away i hear more gurgling and watery noises..

Those are all my symptoms.. the worst ones are the gas and mucus.

SYMPTOMS I DONT HAVE>

I NEVER saw blood on my stool, i dont feel fatigued, dont have a fever, NOR any pain that comes close to unberable at all, i DONT have nausea and have NEVER puked nor feel like i want to puke..

does this sound like colon cancer? or maybe ibs? or something else?

i havent gone to the doctor yet, i will when the quarentine is over, since i thought this would go away on its own, thought it was some kind of intolerance or a symptom from my anxiety and depression but it just wont go away and its been almost 6 months..

You should be able to get a telephone consultation with your doctor, these things need to be investigated quickly, and hopefully all will be well but you will only worry more until you take action to get it checked.
