I also find alcohol seems to have a detrimental effect.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL I echo all the hopes for a HAPPY HEALTHY New Year 2013 with lots of new trials ending in a cure for CLL and for cancers in general, it HAS to be nearer with every passing year. Indeed a lovely start in Oxfordhsire too Quizzy, I have not braved a walk ,could that be too cold? or too lazy? - the latter I fear I have done all my thank you cards though so not totally wasted. Anyone taken their decs down yet? I leave mine until 5th - 12th night - too superstitious to risk it but a bit fed up with them now xx

Happy New Year to everyone on this forum - I am still new here, but wanted to say thanks to everyone who is sharing knowledge/feelings/asking questions etc - it has been a great source of encouragement and reassurance for me during my own CLL journey, its really great to know that we are all here to help each other!! Here's to a great 2013, the cup is half full never half empty, hey folks!! and yes, it was sunny here in Lincoln UK too and I did get out for a lovely long walk with friends!! x
