From my perspective "Nobody wants pain and no-one wants addiction from the drugs used to treat acute pain".

An excerpt from Patient Power on a new pain drug approved by the FDA - "Patients with cancer can also experience acute or short-term pain in addition to long-term or chronic pain. This brings up the question: Can this new pill help people with cancer?"
