Good morning, I was wondering of anyone else is having digestive issues and severe constipation while being on Venetoclax? Thank you for your help.

I had the complete opposite. Feel free to read my posts. Look at your diet first - any pattern - some foods can be the culprits...do you eat enough fibre rich foods and drink plenty of water? Speak to your doctor. There must be something that should help. GI issues are unfortunately very common on V. Hope you find some solutions.

Hi, during the ramp up and for a few months after I had terrible diarrhoea. Over time this turned around and I’ve had constipation for about 6 years now. Apparently this is a known side effect that affects some people. I’ve been taking Laxsol daily for 6 years.

I never heard of this is it a laxative? Im so intolerant of laxatives and they can really do a number on my gut. In receiving help through a homeopathic. Thank you for your response and Im glad it's working for you.

Yes, it’s a laxative. I also have rolled oats for breakfast 3 or 4 times a week.

Ok I see your laxative and then oats to add bulk. Thanks!
