Was really interesting to read your story, not being up with all your medical jargon I was a bit lost, but my WBC count has slowly been going down, and last test was a 2.9 reading, they have ruled out it being caused by any medication. I am seeing a heamatologist in September, only been waiting since May, but whose counting.
Two weeks ago I had a biopsy on a lump in my neck (thyroid related) and the Dr has sent me onto an ENT specialist (who is on holidays, so have to wait for an appointment when he gets back) my Dr told me not to rule out cancer....I thought a biopsy told you if cancer was present or not..

charli53, well, you sure have a "lot on your plate"! The waiting time to see a doctor for answers is terrible. I wish you the patience you need and absolutely good results from any test or procedure done. We all may not be sitting in the same waiting room of a doctor's office, but, I hope you can feel we ARE with you with caring concern and love. 😊🙏Sandra
Hi Sandra, Thankyou for your kind words. the waiting game is what is more annoying I think than waiting for results.
We seem to have spent the last 12 months just waiting for Drs appointments. my husband was diagnosed with Prostate cancer last year. and it was removed, on August 23rd. in the process his bladder was snipped. so instead of a catheter in for 2 weeks. ended up being nearly 10 weeks. 2 weeks ago he had a Artificial Urinary Sphincter put in. August 22nd he goes back and has it ,(turned on,) and then radiation (as cancer is back,)
I lost my first husband to cancer 15 years. but feeling confident this time
