I saw a naturopathic doctor today and she recommended ozone therapy. Does anyone know if this is recommended for CLL?

Nope.
I couldn't find any further research reports from the situation 8 years ago;

What's happening with your CLL?

Does your "naturopathic doctor" actually have a license to practice medicine?
The US Federal Code is pretty clear on this subject:
"Ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application in specific, adjunctive, or preventive therapy. In order for ozone to be effective as a germicide, it must be present in a concentration far greater than that which can be safely tolerated by man and animals."
There's a lot of bad medicine out there, including some reasonable-looking sites like healthline.com and health.com.
O3 is caustic to lung tissue, that's why we have ozone warnings on hazy days!

Ozone causes cancer. She sounds like an idiot.
I use a UV lamp to disinfect rooms. The UV radiation in combination with the ozone it generates is toxic to viruses and bacteria. The ozone is toxic to human cells too. How is that therapy supposed to work?
