Is it normal for platelets to drop a few weeks after Rituximab treatment? Is this concerning? Immediately after last Rituximab treatment platelets were 216 and 6 weeks later they are 115. Most other blood levels have improved. Seeing specialist next week

Platelet counts can bounce around a bit, as yours are doing. There is not a trend apparent in your results, and they are not that bad anyway.
Mine are much lower after Rituximab and on Venetoclax. I would suggest keeping an eye on your platelets, and watching out for any downward trend, but not worrying too much at the moment.
It is such a scary roller coaster to be on and I've been there myself.
Everything that you're describing is part of the process. I've been told that your platelets can get down to only. 30 before you have to stop treatment. Fortunately, mine only got down to 60 but they have recovered after a few months.
