I love the sound of crystal clear mountain streams as they make their way down in a beautiful forest.
It’s especially magical in winter with snow on the banks.
It always reminds of of the Living Water promised to the woman at the well.
This beautiful creation brings so me much peace, hope, clarity and calm during the storms of living with relapsed CLL on treatment again.
I know you all are at various stages of this roller coaster chronic disease and I thought this pic I took snowshoeing last night brings small measure of peace and hope to you.
Good luck and God bless us all on this journey

It is amazing seeing a gorgeous photo like this can affect one’s inner self, so can only imagine what it’s like for you to live in this environment. Even though I’m in an area that hardly ever snows, I love to stand outside in the quiet, feeling humbled by the majestic trees, hills, sky and birds singing their songs. Silence is the most wonderful music and therapy for me.
Thank you for sharing your photo as well as all of your posts. 🎶
Nothing short of breathtaking. I am not much of a winter person, but this picture makes me feel so peaceful. A reminder of the way nature can affect our mental and emotional well being . Immersing ourselves in God's creation is so healing. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks Skipro, I love the photos you take of the natural environment, and I share the kind of feelings you express. This picture serves as a reminder to those of us living in southern England of what deep winter used to look like.
It’s amazing what nature can do for us. I haven’t been able to make it to Lake Tahoe yet this winter, so your picture will suffice for now. I shall print it and keep it at my desk. Thanks for sharing and may God continue to give you strength. 🙏Sally
This may be of interest to you. Years ago in a class I learned about Dr. Masaru Emoto. He was a “pseudoscientist who claimed that human consciousness could affect the molecular structure of water” and “that water is sensitive to our thoughts, words, and feelings”. You can go to YouTube and find some of his videos. In one video he labeled glasses of waters with words including love, God, hate, sadness….. He then froze the water and looked at the crystals. The water labeled with positive words showed beautiful crystals. The crystals that formed with the negative words were not pleasing to the eye. My takeaway from this is that there is power in our thoughts and words. Our bodies are comprise of a high percentage of water. This is worth checking out!❄️❄️❄️
