Bloods today

Well bloods today and both lympcyites and Whites are rising, been steadily increasing all year, decided to now see me every 10 weeks to keep an eye on things and to continue ibrutinib which as he said today I have done well on now over 6 years and the average is 5 . I will take that as a hint that it might be soon time to change treatments 😂. Still trying to get to the bottom of the skin issues I have had since last November and he is going to speak to dermatology and send my recent biopsy of to Cambridge for more specific analysis to see if it's cancer related etc . They still haven't told me the results from it as dermatology said they were waiting to see my bloodwork so hopefully I will hear something soon and get some treatment to stop the skin spots etc I keep getting. So far they have said it was vasculitis caused by my 6th covid jab that was in February now they are not sure hence all the appointments I have been too . I feel fine myself lost a bit of weight etc just want to stop this bloody skin issues especially when it breaks on my face as it's so demoralising

Sorry Cartwheels that you have been struggling with this rash for so long! Health issues can be so frustrating and CLL adds a level of complexity. We never know what begets what. I don't have much for advice but I hope you get some answers soon.

cartwheels, my dermatologist put me on an antibiotic for a week for uncomfortable clogged hair follicles that became inflamed. It worked and now I'm very careful to use a sensitive bath soap and not scrub harshly. It's been 2 months and so far, so good.🙂 Sandra

I had antibiotics at the start last November and they did work at first,then It kept coming back and then I got flat spots like cysts on my face that keep coming and going to this day will give antibiotics another go ,got prescribed some yesterday but they don't think it's bacterial but said whilst we are waiting for more results nothing to lose just try them . Will see thanks
