Private Doctors for Rituximab

Hi, my brother is at stage 4 with Hodgkins Lymphoma. For various reasons he doesn't want to go through with salvage chemo, which is the only option he is being given in the UK. He has been advised by a private consultant to have a course of Rituximab (not withstanding that this is usually used to treat Non-Hodgkins).

I am looking for recommendations for a good private doctor/clinic (perhaps in Turkey) who can provide and administer Rituximab and also perhaps immunotherapy.

Any recommendations or advise would be greatly appreciated.
