I had a lot more muscular and joint pain before I started Acalabrutinib 2 years ago.When i started Acal i also started taking 3500 ius of Vit D3 every day and I think my lack of pain is due to that.

I was told that I may notice aches but so far, no more than normal.

I have had severe back pain for years but it has become more intense since starting this drug. Not sure if this connected but on pain killers every night. Due to have a back steroid injection some time

Yes, absolutely and it was debilitating at times.
