Lower back pain
Hi Rabah,
Lower back pain is more commonly due to other causes than CLL, though there are nearly 200 previous posts on this topic: healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
Calf and thigh cramping can also have other causes, though there does appear to be a higher incidence of cramping with CLL: healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...
Massaging in a magnesium cream quickly relieves cramping pain (within 2 minutes in my experience) and taking magnesium tablets can reduce their incidence.
If your back/leg pain doesn't improve, I recommend seeing your GP.

Your solution to the cramping is magnesium bisglycinate, I take it morning and night. I tried everything you could think of plenty of electrolytes, Gatorade, muscle creams, stretching etc. Reg magnesium won’t work it has to be magnesium bisglycinate, works like magic I haven’t had a cramp in over 3 years. I guarantee it, I used to get cramps almost everyday thought I was having a heart attack from the pain sometimes. Try it you”ll thank me forever, good luck.
My pain gets worse when I get up to walk. I have a lot of pain on my hip and thigh muscle like seizures on the right side and cramping and tingling in my shin I google it but don't know where to buy it from also there is magnesium glycinate and magnesium bisglycinate I don't know if they are the same?
Thank you.
IDK how much time you have to spend on yourself, but if you aren't doing stretching exercises regularly, you can have lower back and leg pain. Up to and including sciatica type pain, although certain lymph nodes growing internally can also aggravate/press on nerves. So exercise involving stretching/core alignment, warm/hot relaxing baths, a heating pad, getting a massage, all will help relax tight muscles. No cream or pill or supplement will 100% help muscles that aren't maintained and aligned properly, And if it's large lymph nodes aggravating nerves, you need to treat the CLL to get them to shrink back down.
Karate, I agree with AussieNeil in using magnesium cream. I get cramps in my toes(a BIG TIME OUCH!), my ankles and calves. I never leave home without it! 🙂Sandra
Try Epsom salt baths. See a chiropractor. It's could be a pinched nerve or a slipped disc.
Those cramps can be painful! I use a mixture of peppermint, juniper, lavender and pine essential oils, using sweet almond oil as the carrier oil. I mix it in a roll on bottle. It tales maybe two minutes but works beautifully.
I found PT helpful for lower back pain. The stretches in particular are quite helpful.
