My sister who is Canadian has a preexisting pulmonary aneurysm which is stable. I have seen travel insurance discussed related to our CLL. Just wondered if any of you know of an insurance company which covers Canadians who travel outside Canada when you have a stable preexisting condition?
Any info would be appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance but unless I am missing something none of those posts really respond to my query. I did find a few insurance company names by doing a general search but they were all in the UK. I think it may be tricky for my sister to get insurance.
I live in BC and use Pacific Blue Cross... you declare the condition, pay more than without a condition... but it’s all a very straightforward online process.
I am also Canadian. After much research and many phone calls I was finally able to get travel insurance through the CAA. I was also offered a policy through AMEX but it was MUCH more expensive.
I have used RBC for trip cancellation insurance. They did not ask about pre-existing conditions. I don't know if it would be the same for health insurance for travelling.
