Hello bennevisplace

As they say, "Hope springs eternal". It has been 5 years since my CLL diagnose and within the first year came to the conclusion that I was not going to be able to eat my way out of CLL in spite of huckster statements to the contrary. There are always people who will witness to the effective use of whatever medical course of action will be your relief. It has been my decision to stick with moderate exercise and balanced diet to prepare my body for if and when I need treatment. Blessings.

Good for you Big Dee. AFAIK the postulated health benefits of regular exercise and a balanced diet have yet to be debunked.

That was my belief too: get through W&W in as good a shape as possible, to make treatment and aftermath as endurable as possible.
