Free "Metabolical" Based Cookbook

For those of you who haven't yet delved into Dr. Lustig's "Metabolical" or other books, his website (robertlustig.com) is offering a free cookbook, "The Fat Chance Cookbook." It has a few statements outlining many of the concepts of Dr. Lustig regarding healthy eating, and why processed & packaged food isn't really good for us at all. They state the recipes take 30 minutes of cooking or less, so that's an incentive for me anyway!

I am leaving this post unlocked, so anyone looking for "Better Nutrition" or "Healthy Eating" might stumble onto it.

And if any administrators can figure out how to add topics like "healthy eating" or "nutrition", please feel free. My options are limited to CLL related topics.

Thanks, I can always use inspiration to eat more healthy meals. I’ve just downloaded it and I will have a quick browse but I don’t want to get my appetite going at this time of night.

Sounds like a good cookbook. I like it simple. Steam it or broil it. Of course also raw for those who can eat raw.

I wish I wasn't lazy enough to rotate only 4 recipes and eat them ad nauseum. Truth be told I rotate the ingredients of these all the time. Like different kinds of meats and different kinds of vegetables. I will try one of these when I feel adventurous 😃. Need to work on my spice recognition skills. I use too few spices.
