Just got the Evusheld injections. The fact sheet indicates that one should wait two weeks after a covid booster before getting Evusheld, but have been unable to find any information regarding recommendation as to how long one must wait to get a covid booster AFTER getting Evusheld. Has anyone come across any reference or been told what this waiting period may be (if any?)
Secondly, I am scheduled for my next IVIG on Friday which would be a week after my Evusheld. Again, am curious if there needs to be a recommended time lapse between the two.
Thanks

I searched on this and found this site, indicating 6 months. Which is also the time interval for another course of evusheld, so that may be something you want to discuss with your doctor(s).
I also thought you needed to wait at least 90 days after Evusheld before getting a vax booster. My Cll team suggested I get the Evusheld while I could but only needed to wait 2 weeks to get the vax booster. After receiving the double mAB shots from an infectious disease clinic, they gave me a reminder to get my 4th Vax in just 2 weeks. So that's my plan.
Seems like a long time, but appears to be the timing of the effective life of Evusheld. Guess one could get the covid booster after 6 months and then wait two weeks to get an additional Evusheld if recommended by your doctor, otherwise you would have to wait another 6 months??
As Evusheld is so hard to find in many places, for those of you who have found it, please share WHERE you found it and how it was prescribed. Thanks in advance.
I asked my oncologist. He said I was on a list to receive it and would receive a phone call when available. The call came and I get evushield tomorrow at the cancer center.
I was offered Evusheld by my CLL specialist Dr. Byrd at UC in Ohio. They had just received their supply the previous day. I had planned to be a squeaky wheel but no need as it turned out.
There is a previous post discussing where to find Evusheld - you might search there. Here is database for availability in the US healthunlocked.com/redirect...
I am also unclear as to the wisdom of obtaining the recommended 2nd Moderna booster following Evusheld. I am 12 months out from my last Obinutuzumab infusion and my absolute lymphocyte count is still very low. From that I have assumed that my ability to mount an immune response to the booster would be impaired. At my last follow up appointment with an NP in my CLL specialist’s office, I was advised to get the 2nd booster 4 weeks after my “topping off” dose of Evusheld. I have since read of concerns that the monoclonal antibody could diminish the vaccine’s immune response and “use up” some of the monoclonal antibody’s protective benefit. Therefore I am left wondering if I would have better protection against Omicron BA.2 from the Evusheld by itself, and wait on the booster until my lymphocytes recover. (I am fortunate to be uMRD but remain lymphopenic, neutropenic and mildly thrombocytopenic). Rather than start a new thread, I thought I would add my concerns here. I hope that is helpful to others as well. Appreciate all thoughts and realize that there may be some uncertainty with regard to this concern.
I got my 4th booster 2 weeks ago. My Evusheld scheduled for next week. My IVIG infusion is scheduled for the same day. I plan on moving my infusion out two weeks. No solid reasoning, just don't like idea of same day.
