I’m on gazyva and 100 mg venclexta. I’ve had no side effects at al. But the past 2 days my arms and upper legs were it hi g. Benadryl took it away. I’m wondering if anyone else had this happen.

He has been on Venclexta for 18 months which is working wonderfully well keeping his cll and multiple myeloma at bay. Radiation Oncologist wants him to start radiation asap.

I receive a monthly infusion of Obitinubinazab and 300mg venclexta daily. I am very tired everyday. Went from 400mg to 300mg to try and help. Still exhausted. Anyone have similar experience ?

CLL returned with a vengeance 18 months ago and he is now 18 months into 2years of treatment with venclexta ….cll has again been knocked on the head and luckily the venclexta is keeping the myeloma in check too.

Now she is recommending venclexta. I honestly don't know what to do given all the side effects, esp the internal bleeding and cardiac problems. My lymphocytes are high at 330 now (was 15 in Nov 2017), so the time has come to face the music. Any words of encouragement or advice?

Also he saw an article suggesting immunotherapies called Venclexta & imbruvica. Hope my thoughts don’t get me burned at the stake! Im genuinely looking for treatments which are not bad in side effects and have a positive effect on keeping the CLL at bay.

They then added Venclexta in Dec. He still wasn’t getting better, so after a pet scan and lymph biopsy, it was determined he now also has Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Apparently, this is a very rare (but treatable) transformation. He has had 3 chemo treatments so far (AVD and Keytruda) every other week.

Has anyone had problems with their heart racing on Venclexta? My husband was diagnosed with CLL 17p deletion 53 mutation In 2018. Over the past 5, almost 6 years, he’s been treated with Ibrutinib, Venclexta, and Acalabrutinib.

GAZYVA and Venclexta is no joke. Now, I still have to figure out what my pain is…

I have had fewer side effects than most people on Venclexta get, in fact on any drugs I've taken. I had a short remission after the original obin with a little bit of Chemo. Then took ibrutinib and a holiday after a half year, with no progression.

my husband starts this treatment 29th oct ive read the booklet but im still confused about when the tablets start. anyone on this treatment or has been can help with side effects and any good tips

I am trying to figure out when I will be done with my Venclexta but I'm kind of confused. I started the ramp up on 11/17/2022. I started the Gazyva infusions on 10/27 & 28. Is there anyone who is knowledgeable at figuring this out?

After year one of Venclexta, my Lymphocytes were at 12.9% with a MRD of 2.5%. Test showed abnormal expressions as follows: CD5 mod, CD19 mod, CD20 dim, CD22 dim, CD43 mod, CD79b dim and CD81 dim. After two years on Venclexta, this past MRD showed 20% Lymphocytes and a MRD of 2.81%.

I was treated with Ibrutinib for five years until resistance developed.Following with venclexta mono therapy for about a year, stopped due to pandemic. Remission lasted 2 years and now I am faced with a choice that has me very worried.

It has been 18 months since I completed my CLL Obinutuzumab plus Venclexta treatment protocol. I was in remission. I have had four Covid-19 vaccinations and two Evusheld vaccinations over that time. So, last week is the first time I ventured into the public transportation system in 2-1/2 years.
