Accessing new treatments against COVID19 and priority PCR home test kits

Blood Cancer UK have sent me a survey

"With an increase in Omicron cases, we know it's an understandably worrying time for people with blood cancer. That's why we've launched a new survey about blood cancer and vaccines, access to new treatments, and employment"

I cannot direct you to this with a direct link as that is outside the rules of this forum in order to protect us from being inundated with survey requests.

However should you be interested in this issue you may wish to contact Blood Cancer UK

We might one day understand why so many people with CLL have not received priority PCR home test kits. It is up to us to make our voices heard.

"Thanks for getting in touch & highlighting this. Do you have any understanding of the issues people are facing? Can they not access it all? Can they access it, but it doesn't submit the answers?

If these difficulties do continue, people would be welcome to contact our support line ( 0808 2080 888) and we can try to help.

It's not just CLLers not getting the home kits. A friend with metastatic solid cancer (which is on the list of those eligible) has not received it either and knew nothing about it until I mentioned it.
