Kell, it is important to check your results and trends against the reference ranges noted by your pathology laboratory provider. That's because units and ranges can differ from lab to lab. Unusually high or low results could be due to lab error, which might explain your apparently high B12 result.
The typical WBC reference range is in the order of 4 to 11. Your lab reference range is probably slightly different, but not enough for your WBC to fall outside the healthy range. Importantly, your neutrophil count is now very healthy. I suspect your absolute lymphocyte count is too. Good to see your platelet counts have continued to improve.

You don't mention if you are taking a supplement. A single measurement by itself may mean nothing. What are the other B12 indices?

Please note towards the bottom of the article, that all the nutrients involved in making RBC's are interrelated. One needs to look at the total "iron panel" of tests, instead of concentrating on a single value.
