Hi, this is Rosa. I'm getting ready to start a regiment of Velcade, one shot on a Tuesday, then again on Friday; repeated for another week, off a week, then repeated again for two weeks. Has anyone had this shot and if so, please tell me about how you felt after the shot.

VELCADE® (bortezomib) is a drug used to treat multiple myeloma. It can also be used to treat Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) when given with R-CHOP: R - rituximab. C - cyclophosphamide. H - doxorubicin hydrochloride. O - vincristine (which used to be called Oncovin) P - prednisolone (a steroid).

I have LPL Spleen / Bone Marrow cancer. I've been on Imbruvica (Terrible Stuff) and Brukinsa. My blood panels and spleen pain are all over the board.

Maybe check with a Mantle Cell Lymphoma or Multiple Myeloma support group, this drug isn't used in CLL. Good Luck!
