Looks like it hasn't been peer reviewed, plus as it's paywalled, I can't check if the paper reports any actual testing against CLL. It's challenging to develop CLL cell lines for laboratory investigation, because CLL cells aren't immortal, they just propagate faster than they undergo apoptosis. healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo... So most leukaemia research articles like this report testing on other leukaemia cell lines, usually the myeloid cell line.

Here's an example:bpspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley...

It reports intriguing differences in the melatonin serum levels in long term shift workers (like this abstract) pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/274... but the reported research is for the HL-60 and other acute leukaemias.

Interesting. We all secret melatonin. Need to avoid the disruptors of melatonin secretion.

Interesting. Worked shift work for several years while in the Army and later for a year as a civilian. Looking forward to seeing the research.
