Hello Chinhdo. I’ll give it a shot, but I know zero Vietnamese.
I do no see anything on your labs that looks like a FISH or IGHV mutation test. FISH and IGHV are not routine tests done at diagnosis for Cll in many countries, but almost always done at major cancer hospitals in the US treating Cll. Some countries wait until treatment to do FISH tests but still do not do IGHV tests which they consider prognostic tests only. I think the better view is that IGHV testing can inform treatment choices as well.
Section h looks like flow cytometry report. This is a test done on your blood that looks at surface molecules of your lymphocyte cells to see if they have molecules unique to Cll cells, which it appears you do.
Section i appears to be your radiology or imaging study report. I think it shows lymph nodes swelling in your neck and armpits. This is typical with Cll. Cancerous lymphocyte cells can circulate through our blood and lymph systems and accumulate in the glands and create swellings or lumps called nodes.
I think your bloodwork shows abnormally low hemoglobin which would be in line with your diagnosis of anemia, also typical with Cll. I can’t understand the numerical values they use. In the US, something in the 13-17 range would be normal. If “TC” is the same as platelets, then 74 would be a low number too. I am just not sure what TC means. If your platelets are 74, that’s very low and something to be discussed with your doctor. That could be some reading other than platelets too that I misunderstand.
I love the translation you chose “precious advisors”. It’s not a phrase normally used, but a very nice choice of words to express appreciation. Good luck to you. I hope my explanation has been helpful. I hope it’s been accurate as well.
cajunjeff has provided the best information we can likely suggest since even the translations are difficult to see & understand.
