Negative spike test
When did you get your first shot?
Six weeks ago
A phase two study on 560 participants in India ( half were over 70) found this. After 1st shot it provoked a tcell response within 14days. An antibody response within 28 days of booster shot. Article made no mention of any participants being CLL patients.
Let’s hope that’s right
I seem to recall another article that we talked about here within recent days. Its the second shot thats important for the immune compromised get at proper timing.
You are early watch and wait. With a slightly immune compromised system. You will probobly end up with some good protection after the second shot as described in the article. You still have a lot of healthy Bcells and we dont have a tcell disease. My understanding is that the tcell response to these vaccines are the most durable.Personally, I doubt very much that a treatment naive watch and wait patient with almost normal numbers. After having been fully vacinated will be taken out by covid.
Sorry to hear that. But you may still have developed some immune response, e.g. your memory T cells
Hi Barclays, I did the same! My consultant said that they are finding CLL patients need their second jab to see any real immunity. Roll on that second jab !
Hi, I had the vaccine 8 weeks ago, Covid19 6 weeks ago.... test my Spike protein Neutralising antibodies weekly..... still non detected. I am resigned to not having any and thus not travelling abroad once immunity passports are introduced for travel.

Which spike test did you get? Was it the Qualitative test, the Semi-Quantitative, or the Quantitative, or something else?
=seymour=
Not sure it was the kit from test for all after a vaccine jab test
