I just heard about this today at a forum. A very small convenience sample study of 6 Waldenstrom's patients at Dana-Farber/Brigham & Women's hospital who were also COVID-19 positive and symptomatic seemed to indicate that 420 mg of Ibrutinib might have been protected, or caused to recover from, hypoxia and serious lung damage. I think it's reasonable to assume our BTK inhibitors are about to be studied fairly intensely.
