I have CLL. What precautions should I take with the coronavirus apart from the obvious?

CLL and Coronavirus
Right now it all depends on where you live. But some form of increased heigiene and increase social distancing may be sensible at the moment until it is clearer which areas of which countries are harbouring a rapid growth that’s about to become more obvious as it has in Italy. Hopefully this will not be as wide spread as many experts are now predicting.
He is in the UK Adrian, and I assume it’s not Chris Evans 🤔
Yes. I’m in the U.K. and no, that photo is when I met him. Don’t want to start a news gossip
I am needing to work on my corona response:
Her: Why aren't you dressed, church services are in thirty minutes?
Me: Not going today.
Her: Why?
Me: Corona, too dangerous for me to be in a group with that many people.
Her: You went to a Mardi Gras parade last week with a million people in from 60 different countries.
Me: Well I could be exposed now and I don't to endanger your church friends.
Her: Hurry up and get dressed so we are not late.
Me: (sighing) Okay.
I don’t get it?!
Sorry, it was an attempt at a parable of sorts to make the point that the corona virus is being used as an excuse by some to get out of things they don’t want to do, like go to church, whilst still doing things they like to do like go to Mardi Gras or go to a soccer game where the risk is theoretically the same.
As I wrote in another corona thread on here, I don’t think there is a one size fits all response to corona for people with Cll. We should all take common sense precautions, but those who have severely compromised immune systems may need to take more radical precautions than those recently diagnosed who have early stage Cll and are otherwise healthy.
I have several trips planned requiring air travel I don’t plan on cancelling. If new information makes domestic air travel less safe, then I reevaluate. I am not canceling my trip to NY because they have a few corona cases there. If they have a larger outbreak, I might.
Living my regular life is important to me, so I might be willing to take a bit more risk than the next guy. Doesn’t make him wrong or me right, we both have to make our own call. I believe I would survive the virus if I got it. But I sure don’t want to test that theory and hope I make reasonable decisions with the precautions I take.
As someone recently diagnosed what does a person look at to know how compromised our immune systems are. I want to be safe but do not want to overreact either.
Know your neutrophil (the most common white blood cell type until overtaken by the lymphocyte count containing CLL cells) and your immunoglobulin (antibody) counts i.e. your IgA, IgG and IgM. Our immunity is compromised by how CLL suppresses our immune system, but these blood counts tend to worsen over time, as does how well our immune system responds to infections. We need to be more vigilant if these counts are low, but how often we get ill and how much longer we require to recover are important guides. This post comprehensively covers this topic:

Good tip from Aussie Doug in another post - make sure your pneumonia vaccinations are up to date.

Another useful tip is rub vicks vapour around your nostrils and keep your mouth shut! Every little helps
