My 18 year-old daughter complained of fatigue and tiredness about 6 weeks ago had some bloods and they came back very low infact at one point they were going to give her a transfusion in the end they decided her iron was low and put on tablets she has perked up but last night she came through and said she was sweating now this has scared me ,i have cll and I'm thinking surely not ,she had more bloods the other week and we heard nothing and more in 2 months as it is they think it's a iron deficiency but her telling me she had night sweats has really got me worried . Am I over thinking this ?

Of course it's concerning.
Glad she is being monitored by your oncologist. But if she continues to have symptoms, I would not wait 2 more months to repeat blood work. I would have FISH and Flow done next to hopefully relieve you.
My Dad had it, his twin and their mom.
Could be something or nothing. Have her journal how she feels each day.

We naturally worry more about our kids cartwheels when we have CLL but I think you’ll see that reported lower white blood levels are the opposite to what would be expected with CLL. They would have been primed to any significant errant lab results and it sounds like anaemia could be the main suspect. In fact severe anaemia can cause night sweats and certainly leads to tiredness! Young women can be more at risk of this due to heavy menstrual periods.
Her bloods have been repeated and still seem to be indicating anaemia. If the tablets don’t help, she needs to report that back to her doctor.
Best wishes,
