TECHNICAL ISSUES WHEN USING SAFARI

Just an FYI, For the past 4 weeks or so, I haven't been able to get to any posts using my regular browser, Safari. I am able to access the sight using Firefox browser. I haven't changed anything on my side, so I assume there has been some sort of technical change on the HealthUnlocked site.

when I have problems accessing (I use Safari) I reset Safari (choose Safari drop down in left side of header, then click on "reset".

If that doesn't work, I power down for a couple minutes---unplug from wall socket and replug and restart. That usually gets me back to normal operating.

Also, delete any cookies by choosing Safari drop down as above and choose "Preferences" and "General", and "remove all Website data", then select and choose which websites you want to delete.

I hope this helps? (i am on a desktop computer, so there may be differences if you are on a different device.

EDIT: any website you delete, will be back on there, when you visit the site again, so there is no loss in deleting--other than the cookies that add up if you don't do this procedure fairly often.

If supplied tips don't work, email HU Support, giving them details on your device, opeating system and type and version of your Safari.

I had a problem with Safari a few months ago. I reached out to the HU Support team, as mentioned by AussieNeal, and they reset things for me.

I've always used Safari and never had any problems.

Usually access it from my iPhone but just done a check on my MacBook and from the email clicked on a couple of links and went straight in, you do have to sign in unless you leave the page open.

Everything working well in Safari, maybe need a shutdown and reboot, or you might just get away with forcing quit on safari.

I use Safari on my I pad and my I phone without problems. Are you using an Apple device? Apple Support is wonderful. You might try them.
