My sleeping was poor past 12 months, averaging 3.5 hours a night. Two months ago, upon advice of a naturopath and with pharmacist approval, I started using CBD oil to help sleep. I take a half eye dropper full on my tongue before bed. My sleep has become far more restful and is averaging 6.2 hours a night. Hope this helps.

Good to know! Glad that is working for you. I must try it again some time for sleep. Did not work for me sleep-wise back when I did try it. Glad it's working for somebody.
Do you know the strength of the cbd oil? Didn't work for me so much during treatment but my sleep is not good now and wondered if I should try it again?
Yes, it is 100MG, and you will need to test what is right for you. I tried lower doses at first with limited effect - like 40 MG. But, I increased them daily until i found what worked. I am large boned, 6 foot 1 inch and 220 pounds, so my dosage is going to be larger. I take half a eye dropper full every night two hours before bed. Hope this helps you.
