I was diagnosed 11 years ago with CLL. I was 44. I did 6 months of chemotherapy which put me in remission for 10 years. A little over a year ago my WBC started rising again and I did 6 more months of chemo but it did not send me into remission this time. My WBC is now climbing by about 40K each month, currently 130K. My oncologist at MD Anderson has suggested Venetoclax and we are now awaiting insurance approval. Just wondering how long it took to get it approved? Thanks
