My wife had a stroke. She has come out of it good but there are some behavioural shortcomings. How do I deal with it?

Per the answer to your other post, there are over 700 communities on this HealthUnlocked site. You can search for and follow any community of interest to you. Those supporting stroke recovery can be found here:

healthunlocked.com/search/c...

To get there (other than following the link above), select "My hub' from the white menu strip, then at the bottom of the list (for you the list would just be CLL Support Association right now), you should see "+ Find a community". Select that and enter key words, e.g. stroke and brain then select "Follow" for communities that look promising. You can later unfollow communities that don't meet your needs.

You'll learn that the effect of a stroke depends on where in the brain it occurred. There is a degree of brain plasticity, so recovery to some degree is possible, but it depends on many factors, with adequate therapy support crucial. Make sure that you get the support you need so you can give your wife the support she needs from you!
