I am curious. Has anyone out there started with Venetoclax as the first line in treatment of CLL with 17p deletion? Cannot take Ibrutinib due to history of A-fib.

Hi 17pdeletion,
You should ask that question of one of the top CLL expert doctors running Venetoclax clinical trials at the major US hospitals. Your concern may be warranted, but I am not certain if it absolutely excludes you from Ibrutinib. Idelalisib is also an alternative with a different side effect profile.
