I TOTALLY want to know the answer to this. I never got any ink and would really like to get one.
Its a risk/benefit.. most patients very early on the CLL highway seem to have no problem, but some have gotten infections.
Just bear in mind your immune system is compromised and then judge if the risk outweighs the inking...

I know the answer is no as well. However, I got one (a half sleeve) 4 months prior to my diagnosis. My artist said I was the best healer he’d ever seen. Then 4 months later...wham. I get my diagnosis and find out I had probably already had CLL for several years. Yes it’s a risk. Follow their care instructions to the letter!
I’d like to get another one, but don’t know if I want to “double down” and take the risk! 😂

The answer, alas, is no. Tattoos carry infection risk, however small. Why would you? I speak with some understanding of the immune system. CLL imparts a definite susceptibility to infection. It is unpredictable. My advice is no Tattoo. Sadly.
I have one tiny wrist tattoo that I got in my early 20's. A few months after I got mine the tattoo shop suddenly closed. A few people got Hep C from the tattoo equipment and of course were furious. Mine has needed a touch up for years but there is no way I will risk it, then because of Hep C or now because of CLL infection risks. I wish I had never gotten it, and apply foundation over it or wear a large watch. A tattoo is a personal decision, weigh the risks, but again I wouldn't do it.
