When researching Ibrutinib I spoke to a man in my town who had failed earlier treatments and got into a study on Ibrutinib a few years ago. He dropped out of the study because he did not want all of the cat scans etc. They gave him a limited supply of Ibrutinib. To make it last he reduced to one a day and when I spoke to him last summer he was at one pill every other day and said his WBC was still around 10K. It sounded like he had been at this low dose for a while. He also had been doing diet modification etc.
