Mom diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma. Taking imbruvica 3capsules daily for a year. Within last couple months noticed bad nausea after eating. Have been on very limited diet. Dr thinks possible gastroparesis. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've been taking 3 Ibrutinib tablets daily since April 2nd for CLL. I don't have any side effects other than fatigue and inability to focus on math, statistics or even puzzles.
I get acid reflux at times. I have found it's best to take the pills a couple hours after dinner or right before bed at night. This way the food is cleared out of your stomach and does not interact with the pills. Also some of the fatigue and side effects happens while you sleep.
Note: With food and medicine is a bit stronger because it has better absorption.
