FCR 18 months later

I finished up 4 rounds of FCR in March of 2015. I realize it is not always suggested for unmutated patients, but I had it anyway. I am Zap 70, trisomy 12, CD 38 positive. Except for infection issues, for which I receive IVIG, I am doing great. I am wondering if anyone else who is unmutated received FCR and my big question is, how long did your response last? I know it will be shorter than if I were mutated.

I'm unmutated .. had 6 rounds FCR .. Great response but only 9 months post chemo . Praying for a hugely long remission. .

WhAt is recommended for unmutated patients?

Ibrutinib or Gazyva are 2 possibilities. Non chemo...not alkylating agents

I had two rounds of FCR in 8/16 and 9/16 which proved futile and was suspended

by my hematologist. I am 17p deleted as well as TP53 deleted, Beta 2 microglobulin twice

the top end of the range, IgVH unmutated, SF3B1. If you are 17p deleted you might be

a candidate for Venetoclax which I currently take along with monthly monoclonal antibody

rituximab infusions.

I have had many infections but am still here. cllsociety.org is a great site that answers
