I'm looking for a volunteer or two to read something I've written.
It all started out as a vague concept to keep a diary of my coming chemo experiences, something I intended 5 years ago but events took over. Not intending to let this happen again, I started to write an introduction to 'Diary from A White Cell', ending up with a near 100 page intro as I decided some mention needed made of the last 5 years.
In addition of course, I've the current early warning signals to document which, oddly, includes some teeth growing back in - last time I lost teeth.
I've not focussed on CLL but rather, general chemotherapy experiences along with a few anecdotes.
The reason behind this is to create something useful from a patients experience, giving a clue of what to expect.
Additionally, I really need to make money as I've not been able to work since it all went wrong in 2012.
Savings have vanished and today, the "unit" phoned to ask me to come in following what was a "glucose" blood test yesterday by my local GP. The sneaky gits obviously have access to my medical records and found something they didn't like - doubly easy as the local GP sends my blood to their labs anyway.
Suspect my diary shall be starting sooner than I'd wish.
Anyway, if anyone feels able to read & comment on the work so far, I'd be grateful as I thought I'd plenty of time to complete the project.
What I shall do is publish it somewhere private on the internet and give access.
